Just then the Earth Hour passed... and I was thought that Kinokuniya would just turn off all the lights. Yeah right if they did the where would all the staffs and stuffs been? XD

Today's kinda boring. No trollies, nothing. Just doing the test scan for the shelves... and yes, scan the WHOLE shelf, means to scan ALL the BOOKS! Darn I hate this. But then since the logistics doesn't have much things to be done to, then what else? Things got slow down on the sales floor as well.

Darn I'm so feeling random today, and another random post as well. Hahaha!

I just wish that this heart would be filled someday, soon.... oh my God what the heck am I yappin'?

Of what happened today

Well, today's quite a thoughtful day. I've learned that working in such Japanese bookstore is never really as it seems, same goes to other workplace I guess. Things won't go slow there. Even if the sales started to slow, the works must remain as fast and steady as always. Figured out that whatever happened, never ever slow down or else. Such discipline they had... No wonder they can stand out till now. Living Kaizen way, as they said....

Anyway, I had a talk with my unit chief back then at the bookstore. Whatever she told me made sense. Yeah, she'll try to appeal the upper hands for my request. But honestly, I don't mind if I need to go on as a part-timer for some more time. I'm fully understand of what she said before about the comfort zone and stuffs. But I told her that I'm willing to go to any place from either those. I had my reasons. But then again...

But then again a coal won't be a diamond if it never being grinded and polished. I'm a coal, and I never mind getting over that rather than being just a stuff ended inside the fire as fuel.

Seriously patience, if you have a body and a face right now I'll give you a kiss and a hug. You've been a very loyal company until now. You thought me a lot of things. Same goes to experience. :)

Which reminds me; my unite chief asked why I'm always seen alone and wondered whether I've been boycotted or something. Haha! Well, to be honest (if you read this, dear unit chief...) sometimes I'm in solitude because I need to find peace where I can think and find ideas to write (being alone inside a crowd of afternoon break is a count too). Besides that I'm just a loner sometimes. Not that I'm being boycotted or what. But then I still have my meals with other colleagues sometimes. Kinda get used to be lonely because I never really have many friends since young. But then I'm trying to get myself being with the colleagues more often and fight the desire of being alone too much.

...and for Janice, thanks again for the DVDs. ^^ Sorry for I forgot to bring the Devil May Cry CDs for you. I'll bring 'em tomorrow then.

I've "upgraded" my blog with a new skin. Yay! I like the skin though. How about you guys?

Well anyway, yesterday 2 from 3 of my kittens died in front of me, and in surprise by some notorious tomcat. One of them found struggling with death with blood pooling inside the kittenbox, with 2 of them meowing in fear. What I did that time was opening the front door (which is just nearby the box) with the porch light turned on, and watching them once in a while. One time I put my vision away from something then I heard a terrifying squeal with some growl inside the box. I rushed and found out another one was taken away, left the last one frozen in fear. Things happened in a flash.. After 5 minutes the kitten's mum came like nothing happened. =.="

Just wished that I put 'em inside before. Sigh... but nevermind.

Forget grieveing over spoiled milk though. Things just happened. Next time if the tragedy happen I'll put whatever outside in (except for the attacker d'uh!).

Things been quiet lately. But hmm... Joined Alice953's story project. I'm in her group of 4. Hopefully things going well on this and works well. :)

...and Janice, thanks for sharing the comics. I really love 'em. You make me feeling like wanna collect comics once more. XD

A boring event

High Street 5 event today is boring. Bores me to the core. Not many old-timers around. Just more shufflers (underage kids dominated the area). I came in, show my face and meet some of my known friends. My ex-boss, Janna and her boyfriend also there.

Sorry if I don't put on some other names here. I'm just totally out of mood today.

Hot N Cold N new staff

I'm high on this song, really. The lyrics are catchy, all right. Reminds me of something, hmm... but nevermind. Just hop along with the beat. XD

Wrapping book all day with the darn machine. With the hot and the cold results to my uprising fever... but still I didn't go straight home but to cc anyway. Haha! Wrapping speed increased along with the quantity of trolleys got out from the logistics. Go me! Lol... just ganbatte. I still can't challenge the logistics crew yet.

Which reminds me... I told the HR people that I requested for position change, from part-time retailer to full-time logistics. They said that they'll consider my request and discuss about it. All I can do is just wait. Thanks to the logistic supporters. Hopefully I can join you guys soon. Well, the logistics now lack in manpower, so I take this chance.

...and oh, yeah. Today I gotta know a new staff for Customer Service Dept. Name's Janice and really nice chatting with her. Seriously we need more bubbly people like her... and yeah, we need more guy workers too. Too many girls roflmao.

Superman

I'm bored, so yeah...

Anyway, been days I've been tuning to the same Superman song. Quite reminded me of myself on certain ways, but certianly I'm no superman myself. Come to think of it, being superhero is darn hard job. A lot of sacrifes need to be done more than a normal person could carry. Stan Lee's quotation created for Spiderman was right, "With great powers comes great responsibilities". In reality, each of us is a hero in our own story, in our life.

Work's fine. Back active in my writings. Not so, but at least I've been awakened from my slumber (braindead from ideas). But anyway like always, I give up my payments for my family and groceries. I have to be patient even more this time. My family is rocked. My payment's gone, but I feel quite grateful since I can still get myself in touch with the cyber world.

Pity my brother. He still couldn't continue his studies. I, in the other hand, at least have a diploma. I'm quite longing for having another diploma, maybe in english literature or in religious subjects. Then, continue to degree and stuffs. I'll be waiting for the time to come. But for the moment, let me stay with the books.
